Sebastian Wolf

Rechtsanwalt Sebastian Wolf hat Rechtswissenschaften in Frankfurt a.M. studiert. Nach dem Referendariat, in dem er Stationen u.a. in der Arbeitsrechtsabteilung bei Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, einer internationalen Großkanzlei, sowie am Arbeitsgericht Frankfurt a.M. absolvierte, war er im Personalbereich in großen Unternehmen (DAX- bzw. Dow-Jones-gelistet) der Pharma- und Logistikbranche als Führungskraft tätig. Von 2010 bis 2023 war er ehrenamtlicher Richter am Arbeitsgericht Berlin. Er berät und vertritt Unternehmen, Vorstandsmitglieder, Arbeitnehmer und Betriebsräte deutschlandweit in allen arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen. 

Rechtsanwalt Sebastian Wolf studied Law in Frankfurt/Main. After the Referendariat (the practical study term), where he served at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (an international law firm) and the Frankfurt/Main Labor Court, he worked in Human Resources departments in major organizations (DAX or Dow-Jones listed) in the pharmaceutical and logistics industries in various leadership positions. Between 2010 and 2023 he served as lay-judge at the Berlin Labor Court. He advises corporations, board members, employees and works councils across Germany on all labor law related questions.

Für Arbeitgeber sollten nicht nur arbeitsrechtliche Einzelfälle im Fokus stehen – viel nachhaltiger ist es, die Anzahl dieser Fälle zu minimieren, indem die arbeitsrechtliche Agenda an die Situation des Unternehmens angepasst ist. Im heutigen hyperdynamischen Umfeld ist Veränderung oft die einzige Konstante - ob Wachstum oder Anpassung durch Um- oder Restrukturierung: alles betrifft nicht nur die Zukunft Ihres Unternehmens sondern direkt Ihre Mitarbeiter und Ihre Attraktivität als Arbeitgeber. Labor Law for Employers

For employers, not only single labor law cases should be in the focus - it is much more sustainable, to minimize the number of such cases, by adjusting your labor law agenda to the overall situation of the corporation. In today's hyperdynamic environment, change is often the only constant - whether it is growth or adjustment by restructuring or down sizing: each one has impact not only on the future of the undertaking but directly to your employees and your employer attractiveness. This needs to be anticipated in the right way from the labor law perspective. But also with the solution of single cases or the right approach to handle topics with the works council I am happy to support you with my proven experience in HR in order to be successful in the short and long term.
