Defence MULPOR COMPANY S.R.L. International Fairs Directory Invoice - this is how it works!

MULPOR COMPANY S.R.L. (hier finden Sie die deutsche Version) is the name of another subscription trap operator who is doing his mischief for an International Fairs Directory from Costa Rica and tries to conclude fee-based contracts with freelancers and tradesmen from Germany. Numerous companies are probably affected by the scam of MULPOR COMPANY S.R.L., which uses a trick form for its acquisition of the International Fairs Directory, which the affected persons are supposed to sign and return. This is supposed to result in a contract. This is a very popular scam that has found more and more imitators in recent years. Often these companies also operate from abroad so that they cannot be prohibited from sending illegal trick forms.

MULPOR COMPANY S.R.L. - who is that?

MULPOR COMPANY S.R.L. allegedly has its registered office in Costa Rica, namely at the address Calle 5 La Paz, Local 2, Entre Av. 6 y 8, 20101 Alajuela, Costa Rica. We do not assume that anyone can be found there. It can be assumed that this is merely a letterbox address with a single purpose: Rip-off under the greatest possible secrecy of the people behind it! Why else would one operate an International Fairs Directory from Costa Rica, which is aimed at German companies?

The MULPOR S.R.L. scam.

The MULPOR COMPANY S.R.L. scam is well known. Companies that have participated in a trade fair or have registered as exhibitors at a trade fair are written to. Under the heading International Fairs Directory, the relevant trade fair is then also mentioned so that the recipient of the letter assumes that the present cover letter has to do with the trade fair at which they participated as an exhibitor. The cover letter then points out that the currently stored data can be found in the enclosed form. The correctness of this data should be checked and confirmed promptly, otherwise it may be deleted automatically at the next data check. The updating of the data should serve the concrete publication of the information in order to thus ensure problem-free communication with all visitors who may be interested in the company of the person concerned.

The intention here is to suggest that the International Fairs Directory of MULPOR COMPANY S.R.L. brings any added value. The letter then goes on to claim that it is in the interest of the person concerned to check the validity of the data and to make all necessary and possible changes. It is also pointed out that the International Fairs Directory is independent and not affiliated with any trade fair organiser or advertising association. Allegedly, it is also the world's largest internet platform for trade fair enquiries. Finally, thanks for the trust and the updating of the data.

The MULPOR S.R.L. trick form

The MULPOR COMPANY S.R.L. trick form for the International Fairs Directory is a real challenge. Some data are to be filled in or completed. In the continuous text it is then stated that the client confirms the correctness of the company data listed above and gives MULPOR COMPANY S.R.L. the order to publish the company data in the form of an advertisement in the International Fairs Directory. The person concerned shall allow the publisher to use content from the website for the placement of the advertisement. The signature is to create a legally binding contract for three years, which includes an annual invoice of € 1,212. In total, therefore, a total amount of approximately € 3,600 is to be due for signing the pamphlet. A lot of money for the entry in the International Fairs Directory, which in our opinion is completely irrelevant and does not bring any added value to the company concerned. If the contract is not terminated at least three months before the end of the respective contract period, the contract shall be extended for another year. The only applicable law shall be Costa Rican law and the agreed place of jurisdiction and performance shall be Alajuela in Costa Rica. Finally, MULPOR COMPANY S.R.L. reserves the right to assign the contract for an entry in the International Fairs Directory with all rights and obligations in part or in total to third parties.

Invoice for the International Fairs Directory

If you sign the trick form and send it back to MULPOR COMPANY S.R.L., you will receive an invoice for the entry in the International Fairs Directory by return of post. Although MULPOR COMPANY S.R.L. is also stated on this invoice, a so-called "financial administration" is also stated, namely Integra Esp S.L., Barcelona in Spain.  This company is then also indicated as the payee. This is quite a game of confusion that is being played with the people concerned. To substantiate the claim, the signed trick form is sent along so that the invoice recipient does not get the idea of doubting the correctness of the invoice. Furthermore, a printout is enclosed which is apparently supposed to represent the entry in the International Fairs Directory. This is supposed to be a screenshot of the recently ordered digital advertisement in the international database for fairs and exhibitions of MULPOR COMPANY S.R.L..
