While the first Human Rights Declaration dates back to 2500 years ago in Persia, humanity's quest for human rights continues to this day. In light of this historic example, this keynote will discuss the importance of women's rights as human rights. This framework will be discussed by specifically examining the role of academic, national and international institutions in defending Article 3 of the UN Human Rights Declaration that establishes "the right to life, liberty and security".

 Paragraph 3 of the preamble to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights summarizes the right of resistance as a sanction for the disregard of human rights through arbitrary rule.  A universal right of resistance- Widerstandsrecht- revolutionsrecht - can also be derived from this if specifically women in a state are severely threatened and oppressed because of the Tyrannei.

In the World Wide Women Revolution Seminar we will analyse and discuss the influence of  women revolution of  creating peace, security, equality, and justice within the Rule of Law and how we can reduce vilonce against women. 

Die erste Menschenrechtserklärung wurde vor 2500 Jahren im Persien verkündet, jedoch strebt die Menschheit bis heute nach ihren grundlegenden Menschenrechten.  In dem Seminar WorldWideWomenRevolution wird vorgeschlagen, Frauenrechte als Menschenrechte zu verteidigen. Insbesondere wird die Rolle kommunaler und internationaler Institutionen im Rahmen von Artikel 3 der UN-Menschenrechtserklärung dargestellt, wie  „das Recht auf Leben, Freiheit und Sicherheit zu verteidigen ist und insbesondere die Gewalt gegen Frauen gestoppt reduziert wird.
